Juice Learning is delighted to announce our first free Behavioral Health and Safety showcase in the US.
“THIS WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK ABOUT SAFETY”.
Date: Tuesday 4th April 2017 Time: 08:30 – 12:00 Location: Newark Airport. New Jersey.
JUICE LEARNING – is an award-winning company which helps organizations across the USA and Europe transform their safety culture and dramatically improve their safety performance. A unique approach engages and empowers delegates to be proactive about their own and their colleagues’ safety, to become more risk-aware, gain the confidence to challenge at risk behavior and develop the skills to lead by example.
The session, designed for senior-level individuals with a responsibility for Training & Development and/or Health & Safety will be delivered by our Learning & Development Director: Matt Cleve*. We guarantee an engaging, challenging and most importantly, useful session which will provide valuable insights and tools to take back to your business.
The themes for the session include:
- The difference between safety management and transformational leadership
- Using our 4-Square Health & Safety™ model to help you to identify areas for development in your organization’s Safety Culture
- The power of Positive Reinforcement
- Understanding your people and nurturing a collaborative environment
- Leading a positive, united and aligned team culture
The showcase comes at the end of a 40-day program delivered to over 1,500 staff at a Pennsylvania based electric utility company. This bespoke project focusses on the creation of a World Class Safety Culture and is designed to inspire delegates to feel passionate and empowered to “lead and own” safety.
Places for this free event are strictly limited, please contact me at email@example.com before February 10th to guarantee your place.
